Blanca Santander is from Lima, Peru and has resided in Seattle, WA the past eight years. An illustrator of children’s books, Blanca’s primary influences in her art stem from her meditations, spirituality and dreams. She shows her dreams on canvas, where women with brightly colored hair float through the air and the planets. Her work is also about expressions of love, a necessity for all our lives.

Quinn Thompson is a life-long Skagitonian and a self-proclaimed starving artist. He holds a 9-5 day job, a position in a band and spends the rest of his time with his paintbrush. Having shown his paintings in La Conner, Mt. Vernon and Anacortes, we welcome Quinn and his vividly colored work show with open arms to his first Seattle.

Shannon Welles holds a BA in criminology from the University of South Florida and has completed two years post baccalaureate study in art and photography at Georgia State University in Atlanta. She is drawn to mystical and haunting places. She travels the world, exploring with her plastic Holga camera. This series features a selection of prints from recent trips to South America. She is drawn to stillness for it is there that she can listen for whispers of secrets and history.
